Q: Does it cost the event committee anything for your service or for the photographer?
A: NO – There is NO charge or obligation.

Q: Will everyone be in the book even if they do not purchase a book?
A: YES – Everyone attending will be in the book.

Q: Why do you need a mailing list?
A: We send everyone information about our book.

Q: Some of our members are planning on taking candid photos at the event. May we use some of these in the book?
A: YES – We encourage this so that all functions can be covered.

Q: Is the committee responsible for the book layout?
A: NO – We can handle everything.
